Actionable Movement Analytics

What’s the point of collecting a lot of data if you don’t know what to do with it? We haven’t found a reason yet. That’s why all of the data we collect actively contributes to creating comprehensive movement analysis reports that you can easily understand and use to optimize your training routine. At the end of your screening session, you will receive a printed copy of your report. One of our team members will walk you through each aspect of the report, so by the time you leave, you will have a deeper understanding of the way you move paired with a realistic plan to reduce your risk of injury and ways to optimize your performance. Our team then works with you on an ongoing basis to create a recommended training strategy customized for the way you move.

By referencing your baseline metrics from before the injury, we work with you, your coach, and trainers to set realistic goals that can get you back to your pre-injury performance levels as quickly as possible. As you get closer to a complete recovery, we use our analytics to determine when you’re ready to return to play with minimal risk for reinjury.
